  1. Hi there, I have been gluten free for a little over a year now and I miss my food. Lately I have found safe ways to cook these meals however, I am looking for a safe cooking wine. I always get various reactions when checking to see if there are gluten free. Can anyone reccomend a cooking wine. I wold like to make lemon chicken.

  4. Legoland will let you take food into the park if you have a note from your doctor. We did that here in Florida.
  5. If you eat at the salad bar, be sure to skip the dressing as it usually contains gluten.
  6. When we go to theme parks I always bring a note from the doctors about the food problems we have. Once they see that I am able to bring in all of the food.
