Hello Trakaye, let me preface this by saying I am not a doctor. But I, as well as my mother, have Celiac, and have experienced similar symptoms. When I was diagnosed with Celiac (at age 21) my mother began to eat gluten free, and soon realized she had undiagnosed Celiac as well (which was later confirmed by a doctor).
