    Hi Renee, I am Michelle from Perth WEstern Australia and am also new to the forum. I am same as you are. Gluten, lactose and I am lucky enough to have hit the jackpot with rheumatoid arthritis as well. I was diagnosed with celiac about 1 year ago now.
