My 3 1/2 year old daughter has been gluten free since she was 18 months old, when we discovered she was intolerant. We have since found that she has a gene for coeliac disease, and are about to start 6 weeks of gluten to test for coeliac antibodies. Our family doctor has been a little vague about amounts of gluten to give her. She is clear about 2-3 serves...
