I just started gluten free yesterday - so fingers crossed! Would I get sick just so quick if it is celiac? Are my symptoms a common tale? -

Thanks ravenwoodglass. I forgot to mention the bubbling intestinal noises, gas, belching and the list goes on! Can I ask why I would need to give up soy and dairy? its just I can't afford to lose much more weight is this a must? -
