I was diagnosed with celiac and several food allergies in April, and am still learning about ingredients, menus, etc. Do you trust special dietary menus? What about the cross-contamination issues? I came very close to ordering salmon at Carmelita's, but could not figure out how they could prepare it safely with so many corn products in the kitchen! Thanks...
