I just raed Open Original Shared Link that says a flavoring agent that they use is derived from wheat and dairy About the topic, I get glutened way more often than I should, but lately I've been going to restaurants that claim to have gluten free options. More often than not, I end up getting sick, so the food is probably cross contaminated.

I'm going to be attending the university of hartford in the fall. My dad called up the college and found out that I can probably get an on campus apartment (usually reserved for upper classmen) that has a kitchen, so I can make my own food. i had a blood test done and it showed negative, but my dad wasn't convinced, so he ordered a stool test for me which showed positive.

Ok.... so last year, I was really sick. I was missing a lot of school, and no one knew what was wrong, but a little over 2 months ago I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Hey, guess what? I have insomnia too. It got worse when I started my gluten-free diet, but I'm just going through gluten withdrawal... Right now its like 2 am, and i'll probably be up for a few more hours... Nice to know that I'm not the only one here with it.
