  1. I have been experiencing symptoms for quite some time and never really thought much about it. I have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, fibromyalgia, PCOS (Metabolic Syndrome), and Vitamin D deficiency. I am overweight and have persistant constipation/diarhea. I thought it might be something with my gallbladder but that doesn't make since. I feel bloated and sick to my stomach all the time. I eat lots of bread and pasta. Every time I eat beef or any fatty meat I have extreme stomach pain and diarhea for hours. I also have noticed sensitivity to anything with sugar or lactose. Could this all be related? I did go on weight watchers about 2 years ago and went almost completely off of bread. I felt better, more energy, less fibro pain, no head aches, and very little diarhea. Then I went off of the diet because I got lazy about watching what I was eating. Within days I was back to feeling sluggish and my fibro pain exploded. Could this all be Celiac?
