I'm a student working on a dual Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration. Living on my own, finally, except for my lovely and terrible 8 mo. old kitten.  

My doctor suggested cutting gluten in the summer of 2012 to help deal with migraines, increasing fatigue, digestive issues, and restless leg pains. I have not been tested for Celiac or gluten intolerance, as my doctor said the best test was seeing how it made me feel. It's been a struggle, and, unfortunately there has been a lot of falling off the wagon (both accidentally and for test purposes.) 

Recently, I've taken on P90x and Insanity workout programs, as well as transitioning to a more Vegan/Raw Food diet to get my health and energy back.
