I have the same problems I haven't been diagnosed with Celiac, I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism, I went gluten free mostly for my thyroid and stomach problems, the 3rd day on gluten free diet I developed this itch all over different spots of my body ears, top side of arms, and also my back. The itch gets worse at night I don't seem to have a rash that...
