Hey yall any of you from NY, or Long Island? I was diagnosed about 4.5 years ago with celiac disease. I am currently attending school in Providence, Rhode Island. The minute I was diagnosed and went gluten-free, (about 5 years ago) my doctor told me that it was imperative that I maintained some decent exercise about 2-3 days a week. OF course I didin't, and I was still lethargic and I had alot of the symptoms you described. I started to go to the gym and workout regularly, and within a few weeks i felt much better... -
Whats up guys..i just signed up for this board because my mom told me about this site ;] I am 20 years old from Long Island, NY. Although I am currently living in Providence, Rhode Island at JW University. I was diagnosed with celiac disease about 5 years ago. I never knew there was a celiac site or support groups, or that this many people had the disease...
