I just found out about this, and signed up right away. Discovery Health is doing their "National Body Challenge"... and you get a free 8-week membership (Jan. 13-March 10 only) along with it! Thought some of y'all might be interested in this. I just signed up, and I'm hoping this will inspire more regular exercise (which I need so I'm not so tired...
