Hello. I am really new to this. I have severe upper abdominal bloating without gas or toileting issues. Just feel like someone punched me and it's hard to breath because it presses so hard on my lungs. After many heart, lung, and gastro tests my primary has suggested that I go gluten free for 2 weeks.
