Well, I use to just eat the leftover bagel that my children did not finish. I am typically in a rush in the morning, not a morning person. I have learned if I don't eat, I don't really get hungry by lunch time but I know that is not healthy. If I do eat something like eggs, I am starving 39min before my scheduled lunch. Some nights I just don't feel like cooking or it is a last minute decision or out with friends. How do you order from the menu and make sure to avoid cross contamination. It is so hard my husband always makes me decide and I don't like it. I want eating out to be an enjoyable experience. Any suggestions

I have been doing pretty well since my diagnosis back in September but still fighting fatigue and being hungry all the time. Think some of my other levels maybe off. So my question is. Is going to a nutritionist worth it to make sure I am getting everything I need?

Hello everyone. I have a question, yesterday I was looking for gluten free beef broth. I noticed while looking at chicken swanson's was labeled gluten free but I could not find it stating gluten free on the beef broth. When looking at the ingredients no where did is list any form of wheat or state may contain wheat. It did however list natural flavoring... -
Thank you. I just find it over whelming sometimes looking online especially when it says flour mix then you click on it and then you need 5 different flours. I want to start simple then get more complex. I loved to bake/cook from scratch and now I don't know what flour to buy for what.

Is there any cook books or magazines you would recommend? I am one month in to this new life. My family has been asking for baked goods or new things to eat. Things like blueberry muffins, zucchini bread. Any suggestions. Christmas is coming up and need to make a list

So I was wondering when something states it has wheat flour in it for a main ingredient labels do not state in allergy alert that it contains wheat. But when I read a label on an item that I cannot find a label for wheat it doesnt state gluten free or will say for allergen alert contains wheat. Well I have had a rough few weeks. The new diagnosis of having celiac's then had to have an ultra sound. Had some not good findings. A polyp on my gall bladder and my kidneys are no functioning right. So it means more tests. But today at work found a gift on my desk from a co-worker. Thank you for the responses. I called and was told since my numbers were so high it is a definate an NO more gluten and I do not have to be scoped. I guess my journey begin here. I will definately be looking into the other posts. -

This was from the GI doc. Her nurse called and said I am positive for celiac and to go gluten free immediately. They said they will send me a letter but I have yet to receive it. 4 days have gone by. I was not told I have to have a scope completed. So i am just confused, not sure to call the doc again and see what to do. And they did not schedule any follow... -

I had to have testing for celiac disease. I got my results but note sure how to interpret. Can anyone help me! Results my gliadin Iga Ab level is 105.7 what does this mean per the test up to 14.0 is normal tissue transglutaminase ab iga results were 127 per the test 14.0 being the highest for normal. Thanks if you can help me
