I completely get where you are coming from. I have for the most part given up on eating out, it just seems like a pointless exercise to me. All I do is worry constantly about cross-contamination and not to mention the fact that my work puts me in the back of house of many restaurants; so I get to see things that I wish I hadn't seen.
