I read the FAQ and discussed with an MD. It seems that I didn't challenge myself with enough gluten exposure to make the celiac panel which I pasted above give accurate results. As a side note, it's very interesting that I could have enough exposure to elicit symptoms and yet not have enough of a response to have a valid test result. -
