About Me

I'm a woman in Saskatoon Saskatchewan Canada. I suspect I have gluten sensitivities and/or intolerances I am hoping to gather a food diary and track symptoms that I can show to my doctor. I live with other challenges as well as a fixed income. Any help and/or support is more then welcome and greatly appreciated.
