I am so sorry to hear that your 3 year old little boy isn't doing much better. I definitely don't know the answer but can share that my 3 year old son was diagnosed in February of this year after repeating blood work from November and then having an endoscopy in February. Within just a few days on a strictly gluten free diet, my son was doing remarkably better...
