Thanks everyone - yes I do know endoscopy isn't actual surgery, but anything to do with needles and hospitals sends me into a panic! I'm going to find a new specialist - this one has made me doubt myself and my health so much and it seems to be so unwarranted I don't need that in my life. And plus last time he 'tried' to get me to do a gluten challenge... -

Thanks everyone, I found the blood test results I had noted down in my travel journal - apparently anything about 5U/ml is considered a positive for the TGA (Total anti-tissue transglutaminase tests) tests that they do in England for coeliac serology. Mine where" 203 U/ml (anything about 5u/ml positive; more than 10x upper level (5) is immediately... -
