This HAS to be gluten intolerance. I'm 65....I didn't know it could develop and sometimes leads to lactose intolerance. Three nights ago, I ate half of a burger bun with roast pork and suddenly my stomach was so full of hurting gas that the only relief was to vomit. Because that went on for about 5-6 hrs., I thought MAYBE the pork had gone bad. Good guess...
