Hi Cork - I too am on the elimination diet - isn't it a pain??? I just found out I can tolerate corn, so I'm happy about that, but like you I can't tolerate casein. I just found that out yesterday after eating mozzerrela cheese and becoming tired, anxious and really crabby about two hours after eating it. My mood went from pretty good to terrible...

I've had all three and LOVED Dragon's Gold. In my opinion, it's the closest to regular beer. I hated the Ramapo Valley and couldn't even get through one bottle. Gross. New Grist is ok too, but sweeter than Dragon's Gold. Try the Dragon's Gold if you can find it! -
If any of you are in the Midwest, Lakefront Brewery makes a new gluten-free beer that's really good. It's called New Grist, and it's made from sorghum. The brewery is located in Milwaukee, but I've found the beer at a Chicago liquor store.
