  2. My celiac partner had no trouble in Amsterdam. You can get herring snacks all over, you can go to an Indonesian restaurant (fabulous). Everyone speaks English. You can't eat the ham and cheese sandwiches, but you won't have trouble finding gluten free breaad. Best of luck to you, those are wonderful places. Loved Barcelona, but was there before...
  3. Was just there with my celiac partner in November. Go to the tourist office, and ask for the gluten free restaurant guide. They have certified several restaurants as gluten free, and you can get non contaminated pasta and pizza.
