I was diagnosed 2 yrs ago. I have been gluten-free since, through these 2 yrs I have had minor issues with gluten through what I believe has been cross contamination. 2 days ago I had one chicken wing and the after it was hit wrenching stomach cramps, shaky, cold and clamy, lot's of bathroom trips and throwing up. What I wasn't expecting was the joint pain...
