Thanks for your time replying and thoughts Ennis_TX. I did have some tests when I was having mystery stomach pain pre-diagnosis. My iron levels were healthy so assumed I was absorbing other nutrients okay. I’m also vegan so I am very mindful about getting the right nutrients and do take supplements.
