I actually have a clotting disorder called Factor V Leiden Mutation. I learned it while I was pregnant with my first son and took heparin shots throughout to prevent clotting while pregnant or in delivery. We just returned from a short weekend in Vegas and we stayed at the MGM Grand. NobHill and L'Atalier prepped before we came and L'Atalier even had gluten free dessert for me! We are heading to Vegas this coming weekend for our 10th anniversary. My DH called ahead to two restaurants at the MGM and they were knowledgable and are ready for us. Hi...I just am newly diagnosed as of May, which is a total surprise. I haven never had major bowel issues, like my mom, aunt and sister who also are gluten intolerant.
