My 16 year old son has been having stomach aches off and on for awhile but a lot more often in the past 2 months. We went o GI dr. He did bloodwork. All was normal EXCEPT Gliadin ( aga) IGG AB Levels which were quite high- 103.6 -should be under 20-25. Is this a strong indicator of celiac or just possible a gluten intolerance??
