I just kinda got worried because my whole life I've been training, eating healthy and this happens to me, first time when I felt bad I was so scared that I'm going to die, but of course it didn't happen, I also agree with you and I think it's just a unpleasant way of getting out gluten from my system and I hope it'll end soon.
