I was diagnosed with DH a while back. I have A LOT of drug allergies. My dermatologist prescribed me Ketoconozole, which did absolutely nothing for my rash. I have it bad on my stomach, butt, groin area & elbows. I’ve haven’t seen any articles about anybody having it on their stomach. Any suggestions for relief? My Cotton panties irritate!
