Hi Dan, I have been on the gluten-free diet for yrs. and what I do is I take Cascara Sagrada. It is a herb that helps to rebuild the colon muscle. In the begining I would take like 6 a day. And now I take one at night and once in awhile I have to take 2. It is like taking you colon to the gym. It exercises it. I also take magnesium because it helps also...
