Yay for Skittles, I'm a recently diagnosed celiac disease and I eat Skittles at work. Also there is an article in People Magazine with Dana Korn, excellent article. I'm in the process of opening a gluten-free Bakery in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and working on an website. Carol
