    Thanks Scott I will definitely check my vitamins and minerals to see what I am missing so then I can supplement. I was very concern about my Meniers syntoms and i tryed to find some alive. Now im just realizing that my celiac is provably the root cause of my Meniers none of the 12 doctors I saw told me anything about this. This web site is so helpful...

    Thanks Trents I'm strict with my gluten-free diet now. I just don't feel any better. I'm going to get tested for vitamins and minerals to see if I need some supplements. For sure I got some damage that doctors call Menier's and the only way they treat it is with medicine that does damage my body more than it helps.

    Thanks Kitty for your guidance. I will do the test to see if I have nutrients deficiencies and at the same time re organize my diet to see if that helps with my vertigo and other symptoms.

    Kitty, to correct the anemia I got IV iron and B complex for 30 days. Then my next step will be test for nutritional deficiencies.

    Hi Kitty, I know I'm celiac from a blood test from 15 years ago but I wasn't strict with the diet. I don't have gastro symptoms. But i am having vertigo ringing ear and ear pressure brain fog. Should a confirm with genes test?

    Hi all, I was recently diagnose with menier's after a long year of vertigo, ear pressure, tinnitus and anemia. I went to several specialist in The USA and also in Mex. got all the hearing test and MRI but they cant find much. I started a low sodium diet no caffeine no alcohol, and gluten free.     Hi I just recently had being diagnose with Meniers after a long year of vertigo, brain fog, ear pressure, tinnitus and anemia. I went to several doctors in USA and Mexico.
