Oh Boy - I can definitely relate to this!!! I too have had problems since childhood. Numerous cavities & filling. Then as an adult the root canals started coming - UGH!! I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, IBS & Dermititis Herpetiformis all at the same time. HOWEVER, no one ever said you have celiac. No one did lab or egd tests.
