    I only drink Gatorade, no Powerade. There are certain flavors of powerade that are not safe, and therefore I just stick to gatorade to be safe. I have had no problems with gatorade, and i am super sensitive.

    BLUE buffalo brand is gluten free. I work at PETCO and one of the Blue Representatives told me that I could eat thier dog food if I had too- lol... plus it's human grade ingriedients-- no fillers or by-products. Very high quality.

    I used enzymedica's digest pills. I get them at Whole Foods.

    I use Maxwell House Instant coffee at home. I have never had a problem with it, except occasionally drinking it on an empty stomach will upset it. You could e-mail them to confirm the "gluten-free" status, but I'm almost positive it is. I'm very sensitive. As for the gluten free shopping list, I wouldn't belive any list completely.     I am also a hairdresser in the same position. I've been using Redken color and I think it has wheat protein in it.. I e-mailed Redken and Matrix and neither one would give me a list.
