I have celiac, my husband is supposed to eat whole wheat everything, nothing white. Luckily, my kids are grown, so we all take care of our own meals. Although cooking for just myself... I've kinda lost interest in food. I make something and eat it for 2-3 days, then make something else. And lots of fruit and raw veggies.

I believe I had gluten by accident a couple of weeks ago. Been having headaches, weak, feel wonky. Does anyone else get ringing in the ears??? Thought I had a sinus or ear infection at first, but antibiotics have done nothing.
