About Me

I am Jim Lipinski, Endurance Athlete, Trail Runner and Ultrarunner.   1. I suggest to start keeping a journal of what you eat. You will probably find that there is a particular food/s causing your bloating. Start by cutting out suspected food items until you narrow it down to the culprit/s. Hopefully this helps. Good luck! ~ Jim
  2. "If there is nothing to report, they don't call you, right?" I didn't know if you were joking with this but please follow-up. I had tested positive for MRSA once and they never called me. Yikes! I'm glad to hear you are feeling better! ~ Jim
