  1. So, evidently the binder used is a wheat starch. Idk, all I'm sure about are the results. I have DH on my inner thight, been there for years, something about 20 year old+ sheetrock. It seriously sends my DH into overdrive. Yeah, I should wear a mask. Sometimes I forget. And I am super sensitive to gluten. Newer sheetrock doesn't seem to be a problem.
  2. I'm a contractor do a lot of sheetrock. I've noticed that new sheetrock and mud doesn't cause a problem for me, but old sheetrock, esp water damaged, can put me down for a week. Brain fog, fatigue, severe gi issues, most the been glutened issues. Don't know why, my dr said I'm in great shape. Been gluten-free for atleast 5 years. Soyfree, dairy free. But...
