We went to an open house today and we really like it. Well, it's a town home. But for first-time buyers it's what we could afford. The owner is in a contract right now and thinks that it is going to fall through. If that's the case, then she's looking for additional buyers. It'd be awesome if it all works out. We're veterans so we have some paperwork to start doing. How exciting!Went to Whole Foods yesterday. They have wine/beer tasting on Friday nights...we'll have to go check that out sometime!
