Today- water, milk, cocoa pebbles, salad with lettuce, bacon, egg, green onion, radish, gluten-free ranch dressing, cheese. Culvers choc scoops with hot fudge.

I was sick to my stomach this morning.

 

Yesterday - cocoa pebbles, mcds fries, cheseburger no bun, gluten-free toffee ice cream.

 

Thursday - omelette with ham, cheesem, mushrooms, onion in galena, il. Wonder roast chicken, gluten-free garlic mashed potatoes in box. Salad.

 

Thursday i was sick as a dog with big D.

 

Wed - cocoa pebbles, fajitas on nachos

at restaurant.

 

Tues - banana, tuna, gluten-free lays chips, gluten-free pizza homemadewith gluten-free crust, mozz, mush, sausage, gluten-free sauce.
