Hi,

Celiac.com Sponsor (A13):
I read that some of you have problem with DH, I have very mild when I was a younger, I think it is more like a rash. My skin looks good now, but I'm aged lol.

I started gluten free diet last Nov, after my 3rd pregnant my body changed so much and when I eat gluten food I would threw up and not feeling good.

I heart act funny when I eat gluten food, so I keep away for good, even it's hard. Always take good vitamins when go on gluten free diet and I have to eat red meat( two time a week) and high iron veggie.

I'm not much into veggie, but I try to eat it anyway and I would put spanish on my sandwish.

I eat two eggs as needed if my iron drop. but other then that I'm fine, my body likes gluten free better then gluten in food. Always listen your body, I don't always believe in doctors or GI testing.

If your body don't like corns, milk, or whatever, your body will tell you.

If I eat food with gluten in it I went mental insame, not kidding, lol. if your body don't like something it will tell you even you don't have family history of gluten problem or you do.

LISTEN! ;)
