I have had celiac disease for 2 years. Everything was going great until a few months ago when eating things like salad and veggies made me sick. My stomach is always bloated and I can only eat starchy food.

I kept getting sick from eating the chef salad at Jason's Deli. I thought it was the lettuce and something funky was happening to me. Wrong. When I stopped eating the turkey and ham that came on the salad, I was fine. Apparently, there is gluten in their deli meat, but I haven't been able to get an answer from the company.

I tell you that just to suggest that it could be something else that you are eating with or putting on your lettuce and/or veggies.
