Nutrients That Help?

Quercitin is a flavonoid found in apples and onions. It is known to help stabalize mast cells and may reduce allergy levels. Does anyone have experience with this or any other nutrient in regards to reducing gluten and food allergy in general? I didn't think it was possible to reduce the immune response except by slowly healing the gut.

I am going to look into this, but I'm always more intersted in real life experiences than studies and theory. Thanks!
