Hello! I came across this thread while searching gluten free roommate NYC! I'm moving to NYC later this summer (July/August) for a new position at Columbia and am struggling with finding a place to live! A roommate seems the best way to go but there is the major fear of cross contimatinon. Any advice on finding a gluten-free/celiac roommate? Thanks!
