    I don't know if anyone can help. I was diagnosed with celiac last June. Since going gluten free the diarrhea has stopped, in fact things have gone the other way. What is bothering me is the occasional rectal mucus discharge. I have no other symptoms and it doesn't happen very often. As I haven't seen anyone since my diagnosis, I don't know if this is normal...

    Thanks for your reply. Sounds like you've had an awful experience. Hope you get sorted eventually. Actually, I finally received my results yesterday, 11 weeks and 3 days after the procedure, which did confirm Coeliac. Honestly though, the Consultant only works at the hospital 1 day a week, the rest is private work. Is it any wonder that we are left climbing...

    I live in the UK. A Blood test showed TTG 29, positive is 10. I was sent for a biopsy on 11th April. It is now 9 weeks on and have still to receive a result I have rung the Secretary numerous times and keep getting told that the consultant has them. At our previous appointment the consultant said he thought it was very likely I had Coeliac. I just want to...

    I have a question, don't know if anyone can enlighten me. My Ttg Test came back positive range >10 positive, mine was 26. I had a gastroscopy yesterday. The report said everything looked normal. They took five biopsies. Could the biopsies still come back as positive for coeliac even if everything looked ok on the scope? Thanks

    So, does this mean, that as it is only 16 points over the positive mark, that it may not be Coeliac?

    I have had a blood test for coeliac which came back 26U/ml positive range is >10. Have seen consultant who has arranged a biopsy. 26 does not seem that higher number, as my Grandson's was 124. Am worried the biopsy will show nothing, and I will be left In limbo. Anyone else had this experience

    I am very new to all this. My Grandson has just been diagnosed with Coeliacs. His consultant asked if anyone in the family has Graves Disease. I have and also Bile Acid Malabsorption. I went for a blood test, I think it was a TTg. It came back as 26 U/ml, not too sure what this means. Can anyone help please?
