Welcome to Greenville! We had a very bad celiac experience with Cheeseburgers in Paradise, which made me sad because they were normally SO awesome. They appear to be gone, now, though (or moved to a new location?). There are only 2 Uno's in SC right now- one is on the coast, and one is just outside of Columbia, so they are a bit of a jaunt... -

Hi all, I'm new to the forum. I'm still going through the process of diagnosis, just had the blood tests last week, but I've suspected this for a VERY long time, and it runs in the family, apparently. When I talked to my doctor, he said his money is on this, too. Whatever the test comes back, I've decided to stick with the gluten free diet I started...
