  1. This is what I do on most nights. I eat a couple cups of popcorn. I think ( and this is just me) that Celiacs blood sugar goes down in the night and while we are not hungry this limits our sleep. I don't do the popcorn every night, but often enough that I am rested and have pretty good energy the next day. Maybe this will work for you. P
  2. Well Cap6 I have just invested in a supplement drink that is supposed to be loaded with good things for Celiacs, but it looks and tastes like sludge and is a funky green color. lol So I guess aloe is probably not something I would add right now but thanks for the input. P
  3. Thanks Syl I get alot of info about Celiac, but generally there are no specifics as to what really works. My doctor took a blood sample to see if I have B-12 deficientcy, but also schudled me an appointment with a neuro guy. I would have rather found out about the B-12 before going to another Dr who may or may not know about Celiac. Ah such is life.
  4. I have celiac desease plus acid reflux. Recently I started experiencing symptoms of viatimin deficieny because I was taking a prescription of 40 mg prilosec prescribed by my dr. Has anyone experience this and if so what did you do. Also I would like to know the best brand of vitamins to take that are gluten free. If this has already been discussed just pooint...

  6. Have they checked your idoine levels. Read up on Idoine def and see if you have more symptoms. could be the thyroid is normal but in the low range which is too low for you. That happened to me and I now take kelp tablets which are loaded with idoine. P
  7. I am a diagnosed Celiac since 1990. I have suddenly gotten mucho fatigue. I can't wake up in the morning. When I get awake (splashing water on my face) I can go all day but feel like I am in a mental. A pharmacist told me that my idoine level is low. Men need about 150 mcg and women need 120mcg. We celiacs who don't drink milk don't get enough d and c viatmins...
