It is important to notgo to a primary care doctor but a gastroenenterologist and to make sure that they have a Celiac specialist there. I use world seasonings for alot of my spices. A small company out out of San Diego that makes everything fresh. Great blends. All Gluten Free. -
Pepperjack cheese would be gluten free. Tell them you need Gluten free so they change gloves and grab you cheese that has not been sitting out.
