Hi, My wife (she's the one with Celiac) and I have been on 8 cruises (5 since diagnosis). Here's rundown of what we experienced: Royal Caribbean - baked special bread for every meal, maitre d' always helpful, wait staff would bring next day menu and let Vicky choose meal and would modify sauce/ingredients if possible to make the meal gluten free. ...
