  1. I had some blood exams (year ago)they were ok, I have hypothyroidism though slight. Also when tested had low vitamin D about 19. Sounds good that lactose intolerance isnt permament. My biggest issue is pimples I get mainly on chest and back. They are somewhat better but others say that they clear within a day or two. At morning they are better than night...
  2. My skin seems a bit better I am doing gluten free diet not checking for cross contamination though. I haven't closed a week yet. But my stomach seems lot better no pain and black coffee doesn't cause me pain and diarrhea. Probably it makes gluten thing worse. But I could be lactose intolerant too because when having coffee with milk I have hard time...
