:D I have celiac disease and I am looking for a nonalcohol gluten free beer and wine.

I also am looking for a recipe for a home made pasta that can be made in a pasta machine.

 

I did find out that Micky's sub and pizza place in Brainerd MN has gluten free pizza and it is very good.

I as told that the Black Bear bar and grill has gluten free breads.

I can't help with the pasta but Redbridge by Anheuser Busch is a delish beer! Good luck.

Hi Kalie, I have not tried any of the gluten free beers yet, but it is my understanding that all wines are gluten free. Also. all distilled liquors are safe to drink. I have found a wonderful pasta recipe that works very well with my KitchenAid pasta maker. I made crabmeat ravioli today. I would be glad to send you the recipe.

Some people, and I couldn't tell you how many, stop evincing the symptoms of celiac disease while their hookworm colonies are healthy.
