Chebe Chebe Bobebe Fo Fana Fana Fo Febe

Mosaics

Hey, I finally rec'd my Chebe bread order. Last night I used the original mix to make hot dog buns. They weren't like any bun I've every had, but they were good. Since the instructions said to flatten them out to about 1/2 inch, I thought they might rise. But no, they were still 1/2 inch thick when they finished cooking. They were crusty on the outside and kind of chewy on the inside. I sliced them in half lengthwise so we could put our hot dogs and bratwurst inside them. I ended up just using one half and kind of wrapping the bratwurst, sort of like a tortilla except that it didn't wrap all the way around since it was only about the size of half a hot dog bun. My son did the same thing except that he ate both his pieces with a bratwurst and I just ate my other piece of bread plain.Hubby ate his bread and bratwurst separately and thought the bread was very good.Daughter cut her bread into four skinny pieces and made a sort of hotdog sandwich with two of her pieces.I got a variety pack with pizza dough, onion & garlic breadstick, cinnamon roll, and original mix. I can't wait to try the cinnamon rolls. Yumm!
